Consort Black Currant
Medium sized fruit, that is high in vitamin C and can be eaten fresh or preserved. Also ideal for juicing, wine, and fruit liqueurs. Cold hardy. Ripens late June early July.
Red Lake Currant
Clusters of large, bright red berries borne on it wood. Fruits are good for jams and jellies.
Clusters are medium large, soft, black berries. Heavy cropping.
Black Sarek Currant
Large black fruit great for eating fresh or making into jams, jellies, syrup, juice and wine. Ripening in July.
